The staff were amazing at this property- so friendly and incredibly helpful. Adnan at the front desk went above and beyond to help us, he is an incredibly friendly and smiley man. He showed us around Dhaka and made us feel very comfortable and secure. I have not seen this level of professionalism and helpfulness in any other country and we have been to many. Adnan is an amazing asset to the hotel and is incredibly good at his job. The man in the restaurant who had my big cup ready every morning for my tea was also very impressive and deserves a mention. All of the staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful always offering a gentle smile. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and modern. The location was great in new Dhaka. The security at the door made us feel very safe. The people in Dhaka are so friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.
