Fantastic hotel in a excellent location. Couldn’t fault anything. Front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Special mention must be made for Syd Brian Kate and Dinesh. They are great ambassadors for the hotel!

The staff were great and the hotel had a nice charm to it.

The elevator. It was small which is a bit normal but it was in a location where you still had to navigate about five steps with luggage once you arrived at your floor. Not a deal breaker but just a bit weird. However, there is nothing they can do to fix that.
