Soggiorno fantastico sotto ogni punto di vista. La camera era splendida, molto più grande rispetto agli standard giapponesi, spaziosa e curata nei dettagli. Anche il bagno era davvero bellissimo, ma il vero punto forte è stato l’onsen privato: un’esperienza straordinaria, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per Kyoto. I servizi offerti sono eccezionali e tutto il personale è stato sempre estremamente cortese, disponibile e attento. Molto bella anche la posizione, direttamente sul canale: abbastanza vicina a Gion da poterla raggiungere facilmente, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e piacevole, lontana dal caos. Un hotel che consiglierei senza esitazioni.

C était juste super!! Très propre, excellente situation, cozy, hôtel de tradition japonaise (ryokan), le personnel aux petits soins - tout était merveilleux ! Aucun regret, bien au contraire - on a adoré !!! Et on reviendra sûrement.

Staying at a traditional style Japanese hotel was an amazing experience, the staff were absolutely fantastic and attentive. It’s the small things having bottled water for when you were ready to leave the hotel on a hot day. And umbrellas ready for the wet days.

Nothing was a fantastic stay

Everything! Lovely spot, beautiful silence everywhere, clean, tidy, amazing staff, close to public transport, there’s craft beer basically next door and the Japanese breakfast was phenomenal.
