住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.5

Repeated mentions of very clean rooms and daily housekeeping ("très propre", "נקי מבריק", daily cleaning with chocolates) indicate excellent cleanliness overall.

• Service10.0

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, attentive and helpful across languages (personalized reception, excellent service), so service is rated at the top.

• Location10.0

Consistently described as an ideal/central location next to Times Square with easy transport links — the hotel's strongest feature.

• Room Quality8.4

Mixed comments: comfortable bedding and modern, spacious rooms reported by some, but several guests noted small rooms, plastic flooring in places and a glass sliding bathroom door that is not fully soundproof.

• Amenities9.6

Good overall amenities noted (daily room service, chocolates, slippers provided, well-equipped rooms), though breakfast variety is sometimes criticized; amenities remain a strong point.

• Value for Money7.7

Multiple guests flagged price as a drawback ("way too expensive", "Solo el precio"); value is the lowest-scoring area relative to others.

• Food and Beverage8.0

Breakfast generally fresh and acceptable (good for the US), but several comments mention limited, repetitive or irregular breakfast service and lack of variety.

• Overall Experience9.6

Across many languages and headlines guests describe memorable, excellent stays; quiet despite Times Square location and consistently praised staff contribute to a very positive overall experience.
