Amazing Hotel. Well designed, well-maintained, clean, with attention to detail. In the lobby free drinking water, tea, coffee, sake and juices. And a fantastic tank with hot water to rest your feet after a tiring day. Great location, walkable to (almost) everywhere.

We stayed in the cheapest room, so although it was much larger than the average room in Japan, the view was absent, as it faced another building 2 meters away. For an extra 5 euros per night, I suggest paying for a room upgrade.

Newly refurbished and many perks, like free coffee and sake, free umbrellas to take when it rains (as long as you return it).

The building quality, although new, is not great. The walls are all plastic so during humid days, the room feels like a wet room, even with aircon on all the time the moisture has no were to escape.
