The reception staff are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, especially Tatenda. She is absolutely wonderful, professional, and always willing to help. She truly deserves 10 stars for her exceptional service!

The housekeeping staff do not speak or understand English, which makes communication difficult. The hotel is also largely self-service, with no staff available to assist guests with their luggage
