住客評價分析

• Cleanliness7.8

Rooms described as clean and comfortable by multiple reviewers, but several mentions of cigarette smell in lifts and occasionally in rooms lowered the score.

• Service8.9

Staff repeatedly praised as friendly and exceptional (helpful receptionists, pre-arrival communication, shuttle coordination), but some guests reported language barriers and difficulty arranging the shuttle from the airport.

• Location9.0

Frequently noted as very convenient — near the metro, restaurants, a park and about 45 minutes from the airport; many guests appreciated proximity to relatives and local amenities.

• Room Quality8.4

Rooms described as clean, comfortable and spacious by several guests; minor negatives include occasional tobacco smell and a note about the toilet not having a washlet.

• Amenities8.1

Good breakfast offerings and a complimentary airport shuttle are highlighted; however, the shuttle can be hard to request from the airport for non-Chinese speakers, and few other amenities are mentioned.

• Value for Money9.3

Multiple reviewers called it excellent value (example: ~£30 for a double with breakfast) and said they would stay again, supporting a high value rating.

• Food and Beverage9.1

Breakfast praised across reviews for variety (hot/cold options, local dishes, noodle soups) and taste; many guests specifically complimented the breakfast selection.

• Overall Experience9.0

Overall impressions are very positive (guests said 'superb', would stay again), tempered by occasional issues with smoking odors and shuttle/language difficulties.

In a good location near to the metro and about 45 minutes from Tianfu Airport. We had stayed before as it’s near to relatives and will stay here again. Excellent value for money at about £30 for a double room including breakfast. The hotel is clean and comfortable- though some people still smoke in the lifts even though there are no smoking signs. Staff are friendly and there is a good choice of hot and cold food for breakfast including local dishes and noodle soups. There are good restaurants literally on the doorstep and a fabulous park just across the road.

Very helpful personal . Not too far from the airport . Shuttle was included as promised . The only problem i had was that i needed to call the hotel from the airport to request the shuttle . So if you don’t have a phone service and if you don’t speak Chinese you would need to ask somebody at the airport to call the hotel from their phone .

トイレが、ウオシュレットで、なかった。

First the staff were exceptional. They initiated communication before I arrived at Chengdu, guided me to the pick up point where hotel car will be picking me. Then at the hotel everything was perfect. I was amazed with the breakfast. There were two female receptionist when I arrived and they were both great.
