住客評價分析
- Cleanliness5.0
Multiple reviews report dirty bathrooms, stained/holed sheets, bad smells and flies; a few mentions of clean shared kitchen but overall cleanliness is below expectation.
- Service9.0
Many guests praise friendly and helpful staff (mentions: 'great people', 'nice staff', 'Sehr freundliches Personal'), though there are isolated management failures (refused room change when a disruptive smoker was reported).
- Location8.5
Several guests note a convenient location — close to center, bus stop nearby and market across the street; one or two comments say it feels a bit outside but overall location is a strong point.
- Room Quality5.5
Reports of overcrowded rooms, insufficient bathrooms for number of guests, door/card failures and guests sleeping without beds; some rooms described as old and smelling — room quality is below average.
- Amenities7.5
Equipped shared kitchen and parking/AC are positives, but issues include no lockers by default, a broken coffee machine, and additional charges for basics (towels).
- Value for Money8.0
Several guests describe the hostel as good value or OK value for money with free parking; extra fees for some items noted but overall perceived as decent value.
- Food and Beverage7.2
No consistent hotel-provided food or beverage service mentioned; setting to target overall rating as not directly addressed in reviews.
- Overall Experience6.9
Mixed experiences: many positive staff/location comments and good value reports, but serious negatives around cleanliness, overcrowding and management response to disruptive guests lower the overall stay quality.
