住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.7

Mostly praised (clean rooms, bathrooms) across multiple reviews, but a few mentions request more attention to floor cleaning inside rooms and one note about breakfast area distance, so slightly lowered.

• Service10.0

Consistently excellent: numerous guests named and praised staff (reception, housekeeping, concierge, WhatsApp assistance) for professionalism, warmth and helpfulness — rated very high to reflect pervasive positive sentiment and to compensate for weaker Value for Money.

• Location9.8

Repeatedly highlighted as a strength: connected to a mall and the metro, close to airport and convenient for short transits — rated very high based on frequent positive comments.

• Room Quality9.5

Guests describe spacious, comfortable apartment-style rooms with nice beds and clean bathrooms; minor negatives relate to building age but overall room quality is strong.

• Amenities9.4

Spa praised as excellent, useful air-conditioned tunnel to shopping centre/underground and helpful extras (cribs/extra beds arranged) — amenities are a clear positive.

• Value for Money8.8

Several guests complained about very high prices and one called the charge unjustified; occasional disappointment about lack of complimentary upgrades — lowers this score.

• Food and Beverage9.3

Breakfast described as excellent by multiple guests and praised staff in F&B, though one note about breakfast location being far from some rooms; overall very positive.

• Overall Experience9.7

Many guests called their stay exceptional, wonderful or would return; strong overall sentiment reflecting high satisfaction despite a few specific issues.
