住客評價分析
- Cleanliness10.0
Majority of reviews explicitly call the rooms and hotel clean and tidy; a few isolated complaints about a strong smell in one room are noted, but overall cleanliness is repeatedly praised.
- Service10.0
Multiple mentions of friendly, helpful staff and a good concierge — staff responsiveness (extra towels, helpful concierge) is a consistent positive across reviews.
- Location10.0
Overwhelming consensus: excellent, extremely central location (steps from Times Square and subway); repeatedly described as perfect for exploring NYC.
- Room Quality6.3
Several explicit negative comments: rooms and beds described as extremely small, compact and tight on space; useful for short stays but cramped for luggage or longer stays.
- Amenities6.3
Frequent complaints about missing in-room amenities (no mini-fridge, no microwave, no ice machine, no complimentary water/tea/coffee). Storage under beds noted positively but overall amenities are limited.
- Value for Money10.0
Mixed language on price but several reviews explicitly call it inexpensive for NYC standards and a solid base to explore from; perceived value is strong given the central location.
- Food and Beverage6.3
Multiple notes that breakfast is not included and that the on-site restaurant/served breakfast is lacking; guests report limited/no complimentary F&B options.
- Overall Experience10.0
Overall sentiment is positive: many guests report a fantastic or enjoyable stay, praising location, cleanliness and staff; main drawbacks (small rooms, limited amenities) make it best suited for short stays.
