住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.4

Multiple reviews state rooms are clean/cozy ('propre', '位置價格整潔度'); one report of marijuana smell in the hall is an exception but overall cleanliness is praised.

• Service8.7

Many reviewers praise staff as friendly, helpful and customer-focused (returned lost items, attentive service); strong positive sentiment for personnel.

• Location8.6

Repeatedly highlighted as excellent — central, near Khaosan Road, temples and transport; frequent praise for convenience and walking distance to attractions.

• Room Quality6.5

Rooms described as modest/small and sometimes dated (small size, hard mattress, shower layout, no safe, no elevator) — adequate but basic.

• Amenities6.1

Mixed: on-site restaurant and breakfast praised, but missing items noted (no hand soap on request, no kettle in room, only one power outlet, no elevator).

• Value for Money8.4

Frequently called cheap or reasonable for price; multiple guests explicitly note good value for the tariff.

• Food and Beverage7.9

Hotel restaurant and breakfasts receive positive mentions ('tasty', 'breakfasts just great'); restauran discounts also noted.

• Overall Experience7.8

Majority of reviews are positive overall (friendly staff, great location, clean rooms) though some negatives (small rooms, occasional smoke smell, limited amenities) moderate the experience.

I booked a room but they gave me a different super small tiny room . Disappointed .

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Kamers waren klein maar goed schoon. Ontbijt was oké, 4 soorten gerechten waar je uit kon kiezen
