住客評價分析

• Cleanliness2.5

Multiple reviews report bad odors, dirty floors, stains and inconsistent cleaning; a few mention it being clean but negatives dominate.

• Service8.5

Mixed reports: several mentions of very helpful reception staff and specific positive interactions, though isolated reports of rudeness and refund issues lower consistency; overall service is often praised at check-in.

• Location10.0

Consistently praised: many reviews highlight central location near Gran Vía, Plaza España and good access to Madrid centre; location is a clear strong point.

• Room Quality3.0

Frequent complaints about cramped rooms, uncomfortable beds and mattresses, cold rooms and lack of privacy in shared rooms; several guests explicitly unhappy with room conditions.

• Amenities3.5

Missing or poor amenities noted: lack of soap/shower gel, insufficient towels, no curtains for shared beds and general lack of upkeep for chargers/fixtures.

• Value for Money3.0

Multiple complaints about deposits not returned, perceived overpricing and feeling of being scammed; value is questioned by several guests.

• Food and Beverage5.0

No specific mentions of food or beverage in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.

• Overall Experience4.5

Overall mixed-to-negative impression: strong location and some good reception staff, but serious issues with cleanliness, rooms, amenities and refunds led many guests to a poor overall stay.
