Bathroom shower water spread unsafe. Freestanding shelf in bathroom rickety / unsafe. Shower rose forceful and not adjustable, hose also too stiff. No towels or bins emptied for 2nd night. Main door to room our own wedge for wheelchair access. Online guide did not work. 2nd night should have same services as first night as same price.

Being woken in the morning to come and pay the room fee, following a very late night from a delayed and cancelled flight. The reception demanded that I come to reception immediately to finalise account, as the staff member checking me in forget to take it. Very unprofessional

Of the apartment offerings near to the airport this is the best I have stayed in so far. It is head and shoulders above Quest in almost every regard. It is a bit of a walk from the airport but I don't mind that as I like walking and the weather was good. However, it is very close to Mascot station and all the amenities there, restaurants and shops etc. It is opposite an oval which was good to run around, although the gym is actually fantastic also. The room was massive, super clean, very new with everything I needed. The check in was smooth and friendly. I will definitely use it again for sydney business trips.

I don't mind the walk but I can imagine other travellers need a shuttle.There is one that is cheap though.
