The check-in time of 15:00 was inconvenient, especially after a long trip, as I would have preferred to have access to my room as soon as I arrived at the hotel. I contacted the hotel well in advance, around the time I booked the room, which I believe was about a month before my arrival, and asked whether an earlier check-in would be possible. I was only requesting to check in approximately one hour before the hotel's regular check-in time, but unfortunately, they did not accommodate my request. One small thing worth mentioning is the coffee service. Although it was mentioned that coffee was available to guests at the reception every day, I was told that it was only available after 12:00. It would have been nice to have the option of getting a cup of coffee in the morning as well, especially for guests whose bookings didn't include breakfast.

It's location was great. Comfortable walking distance from the Metro and JR train station. Lots of convenience stores nearby. There were even two vegetarian/vegan restaurants nearby. The staff was also very helpful. I had problems with the Wi-Fi in my room and they made every effort to fix it. Eventually I think they changed the router for the floor. By the time I came back it was working perfectly. They offered to change my room at first but I didn't want to move. I think the staff went above and beyond what's to be expected. And they were very kind and friendly about everything they did.

There's not much I didn't like. If I had to choose something I would say the room was small but I paid for a single room and the bed was a double which was nice. But I wished there was a little more room so I could write in the room the counter space was small. But the rooms served the purpose I needed it to serve so I'm not complaining about that. But I think if you are booking a single room, you should have those expectations.
