The hotel is cheap considering it's low season for tourism. Very easy to book tuk tuk via Grab app as there are abundance of tuk tuk drivers in the area. Also early in the morning around 4.30am if you are planning to get physical tickets to get Angkor Wat pass at the office instead of getting it online, you can just book a tuk tuk as well. The hotel is at a quiet spot and around 10 minutes to get to the central area via tuk tuk or other modes of transport. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Staff is also friendly, restaurant staff like Mrs Oeurm and Ms Chandra provided good service. Booked a return transfer to and fro the airport with the reception easily.

Breakfast is limited in food options with only 2 types of breakfast (not buffet style) although there are a couple of add-ons you can also order for free, which is good for short stays but not extended ones. Drinks are rather limited though with only 2 non-coffee options (watermelon juice and ice lemon tea). After first night of our stay, we ordered American breakfast and I found a strand of hair in my scramble egg. Also, because normally we don't use make-up room, we will always put "Do Not Disturb" sign for all our travels, and all the hotel staff will inform us if make-up room is necessary during check-in. As for this hotel, this was not informed to us by the staff when we first check in. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was already displayed for 5 consecutive days until when we needed to go for a tour in the morning and one of the staff eventually told us it was mandatory to clean up the room after 2 days, and we had to tell our guide to give us a while so that we can go back to our room to remove the sign. Hopefully this can be mentioned to other travelers in the future during key card collection.

Sehr ruhiges und kleines Resort. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Spa ist sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders ist das Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal und sehr guter Küche. Frühstück und Mittagessen sind sehr zu empfehlen.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and caring, especially when I wasn’t feeling well. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was quiet at night. I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The food by the pool was nice, and I also enjoyed the affordable massages. The location was convenient, just a short ride from the city centre. I’d happily stay here again!
