We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed by the exceptional kindness and hospitality of everyone at the hotel. They genuinely represent the warmth, generosity, and kindness of Bosnian hospitality. Amazing breakfast too ! From the host to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We really appreciated the personal attention and warm atmosphere throughout our stay. The location is fantastic—we couldn’t have asked for a better one. Our room was also very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bosnia. A truly wonderful experience!

no hay wifi, hay un ruido de una alarma dia y noche, la electricidad falla todo el tiempo y estuvimos 2 días sin elevador, a parte de las veces que no se podía usar por las fallas eléctricas

Nie podobało mi się że winda była zepsuta , że po włączeniu klimatyzacji gasło światło bo był problem z napięciem i nie podobało mi się że zamawiając śniadanie z karty dostaliśmy inną kartę niż goście którzy płacili za śniadanie. To słabe jest powinno być do wyboru i finalnie deser też powinien być w cenie albo zaproponowany jeśli już jest taka forma serwowania śniadania.

Purtroppo il bagno aveva il doccino rotto. Qualche lavoro di manutenzione è consigliabile

Por los dias en donde nos alojamos, tenian problemas con la electricidad... Aunque podria decir qué no fue un problema para dormir en las noches (el problema con la electricidad era intermitente) espero qué lo puedan resolver
