The location is absolutely fantastic if you are visiting the Georgia Aquarium as we were—directly across the street. The staff at the hotel were kind, attentive, and very helpful.

There is no way to pull a vehicle up to the front of the hotel, because it is directly on the road with a bike path in front. We went around the block twice before realizing you have to pull into the Valet Parking garage to get into the hotel or unload luggage. Clearer signage would really help. Our Uber drivers also did not understand how to pick up or drop off, since the Uber point sign is in the bike lane out front. The room wasn’t really anything special, and there was no night light in the bathroom, so you had to flip on the full light to see in the middle of the night.

The bathroom had a musty odor and it took at least 10 to 15 minutes for the hot water to warm up to get hot

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing, and I especially want to recognize Ruby, who went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a mistake I made when booking my room. She was incredibly helpful and patient over the phone and made what could have been a stressful situation so easy to fix. Customer service like that really makes a difference! The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, close to everything, and the staff was also great about sharing helpful local tips, from restaurant recommendations to even letting guests know the best times to request an Uber to avoid the event-related price surges in town. Those little extra touches really stood out. For a brand-new hotel, they truly have their stuff together. Everything felt well organized, and the staff clearly cares about making sure guests have a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll absolutely consider staying here again!
