I stayed at your hotel last night and paid Rs 5100.00 for one day .Would like to share a few observations. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the food quality was excellent - truly appreciable. However, I found the basic amenities below expected standards: 1. Use-and-throw slippers were not placed in the room and were provided only after request. 2. Iron box was not available. 3. Toiletry kit was of poor quality and inadequate - there were no shaving kit and skin lotion. 4. Some of the electrical sockets were not working and the electric kettle was also non-functional. These are basic requirements for any guest and I found this aspect unsatisfactory. Though the ambiance and interior of room was excellent. One more suggestion regarding your location - Since the hotel is situated on the highway, most guests like me who are solo travellers and driving for leisure, park vehicles in open area, since hotel is not having any covered parking. My car was covered with highway dust. I requested your reception staff while leaving next day if someone could dust off the vehicle, even on a payment basis, but the response was not very encouraging. Considering your highway location and open parking, complimentary vehicle dusting would be a very thoughtful gesture. It hardly costs anything but will leave an excellent impression on guests who drive long distances. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improvement in basic amenities and guest services will make the experience much bette for such great assets and in excellent location.

The hotel is clean, food is awesome. Staff is helpful however they can be really late with your requests as they don't have enough people. Parking is just outside the hotel and it's spacious.

For a third person in room they just place a mattress on the floor without any folding bed. Additionally even though many things are listed as amenities but a lot of things were only available if you call and request like hair dryer, iron (it's available without iron board), slippers, kettle is working in one room but not working in another. Shower area is a little off looks really old and dirty.

Room was horrible. The bathroom smell was all over in the room. Worse than a 3rd class train waiting room. Outside noise was a problem. A room service phone was right in the hallway, next to my room, ringing very often, and was loud enough to wake anyone easily. So hotel acoustics are not good for resting, sleeping, etc. Late night rooftop party certainly added to the pain.
