The only positive aspect of this hostel is its location, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The hostel was dirty, very noisy, and there were clearly no rules or respect for quiet hours. To make things worse, a staff member was singing at full volume during the night, disturbing guests who were trying to sleep. I actually had to ask him personally to keep quiet, which is unacceptable for someone working at a hostel. The staff also made a mistake with my room assignment, and overall they seemed very disorganized and poorly coordinated, adding to an already disappointing experience. Breakfast was also disappointing, especially considering the price of 4,500 Chilean pesos. The bread was frozen, the variety was very poor, and guests are expected to clean their own dishes afterwards. Definitely not worth the price. A good location is simply not enough to compensate for poor cleanliness, lack of basic rules, disappointing breakfast, organizational issues, and unprofessional staff. I wouldn’t recommend staying here
