Panne ascenseur puis après Coupure de courant , donc même pas pu utiliser cuisine salle de bain .. Pas de retour sur la demande d’indemnisation sur 7 nuit passées .. pas de ménage pendant le séjour Une seule serviette pour 7 nuits, un rouleaux de papier toilette pas de sac poubelle de rechange …
