住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.0

Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms and overall hotel cleanliness, but others reported dirty rooms (hair, dust), visible ceiling spots and unclean windows; inconsistent housekeeping.

• Service9.8

Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (reception praised, upgrades provided, clear explanations), though some housekeeping service complaints existed; overall very strong service sentiment.

• Location9.7

Consistently praised: central position, close to public transport, easy access to restaurants and partner breakfast cafe; many reviews call location excellent.

• Room Quality7.5

Mixed to negative details: no air conditioning in many rooms, some rooms had torn headboard, stuck/unclean windows, high toilet, leaking shower; some rooms comfortable but quality is inconsistent.

• Amenities8.6

Noted amenities include 24h reception, lift, backyard smoking area, free on-site laundry in some cases and alcohol for sale; limited on-site F&B and lack of in-room A/C lowered the score slightly.

• Value for Money9.3

Several guests highlighted very good price-to-performance and willingness to stay again for the price, though one guest called it the worst value of their trip.

• Food and Beverage8.4

Breakfast is provided via a nearby partner cafe (well-liked), but not always included or easy to order at booking; good nearby dining options.

• Overall Experience9.1

Generally positive overall: many repeat stays, guests would choose again, staff and location often praised; noise and some room issues temper but do not dominate overall sentiment.
