Not enough parking for guests. Had to pay extra to park in adjacent parking facility. Unacceptable. And the hot breakfast choices were bland, room temperature and rubbery.

First, reaching the front desk agents at the hotel was impossible. I tried calling 3 times to let them know my parents had car trouble and would be arriving a day late. I could never get a response so I also sent the property a message through booking.com. They never read it and cancelled my parent’s non refundable stay. Then, thankfully Booking.com refunded my parents a small portion of the stay, but the front desk agent tricked my parents into booking the same room at a significantly higher rate before I could arrive and help them. In a city with such a massive international airport, it would make sense to reach out to multiple night stays to see if they are still coming. This was something I routinely had to do when I worked front desk at multiple hotels. The front desk agent had spoken to me and knew I was on my way- she told them I was going to the bathroom instead. All in all, she couldn’t be bothered. Booking.com also had immense difficulty getting ahold of the front desk and eventually I had to hand my phone over to the agent to resolve the issue. To top it off, the hotel lost power during my parents departure causing my parents to have to carry their luggage down 7 floors. I won’t be booking there again.
