住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.6

Generally reported as clean (e.g., 'sehr sauber') in multiple reviews; no major cleanliness complaints about rooms, though some mentions concern neighborhood odors rather than room hygiene.

• Service9.0

Consistently praised staff: 'erg vriendelijk', helpful concierge (Nicky), 'Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal' and repeat guests cite friendly, helpful staff and housekeeping availability.

• Location9.1

Very strong consensus on excellent location near Chinatown, MRT and local food spots; repeatedly listed as a primary positive ('Ligging', 'Excellent location', 'Vlakbij Chinatown').

• Room Quality8.3

Rooms described as comfortable with good beds and some spacious rooms, but a few guests noted small room size as a drawback.

• Amenities8.3

Shared facilities (pool table, laundry, fitness equipment, coffee machine) appreciated and add value; breakfast offering and on-site amenities are basic but useful.

• Value for Money8.8

Multiple reviewers explicitly cite good price/quality and repeat stays because of the price and location ('El precio y la ubicación', '가성비 굿').

• Food and Beverage7.8

Breakfast is a mixed point: some like the Thai options and value for price, while several guests called the breakfast underwhelming or limited.

• Overall Experience8.9

Overall positive experience: many recommendations, repeat guests, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service make stays pleasant despite minor issues.
