Consistently outstanding service noted throughout reviews with many staff called out by name (Gyan, Vishamvar, Rogit, Suraj, Ashok) and described as welcoming, courteous and going 'above and beyond'.
- Location9.0
Multiple mentions of ideal location — 'very close enough to enjoy everything in Jaipur', 'close to everything we wanted to see' — while still peaceful and quiet.
- Room Quality7.6
Rooms are described as spacious and comfortable by several guests, but at least one guest reported the room/bathroom was very small and outdated, lowering this score.
- Amenities9.0
Strong positive mentions of well-maintained gardens, spa, swimming pool, boutiques, bars and multiple excellent restaurants; property atmosphere described as calm and relaxing.

Guests felt the experience was worth the price ('for what we considered reasonable amount of money, we have been spoilt'); overall value aligns with the overall rating.
- Food and Beverage9.0
Food repeatedly praised as outstanding/brilliant; breakfast described as 'superb' with staff making dishes to order and memorable dining spots like Bar Palladio and Shikaar Bagh.
