The location is excellent, many worth visiting sites nearby, very friendly staff, service with a smile, all happy faces, room pretty big probably bcos its an old property, but very well maintained. Breakfast service just ok, very less options and unattentive staff. But overall, I loved my stay and will stay again whenever come to Manila. Room cleaning service, excellent, reception staff excellent, all door and foyer staff just wonderful and helpful.

Buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bar called "The Hyde" is a must visit! Located in the basement and accessed by a door that looks like a cupboard full of clothes. My wife and I love this bar!

No more buffet lunch dinner. We had to go out for other dining options
