15/10 absolutely exceptional. I truly loved this hotel. The ambiance, the decor, the location, the architecture the food, everything thought through in a lot of details. probably one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. But most importantly the staff, to say they were attentive would be an understatement. Extremely professional, proactive, helpful and naturally kind. We felt truly taken care of and even pampered.

The place was cozy, surrounded by lovely greenery and felt like a home away from home. Room was spacious, pool was great and location was close to many spots. The staff was great and helped us organise all the tours over the 3 days. Best thing was being greeted with ice cold towels every time we returned back to hotel after the heat.

The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and attentive to detail. They helped organise an amazing tour of Angkor Wat. I loved the hotel design and food at the restaurant and bar was delicious. Location was very good.
