• Cleanliness9.6

Rooms repeatedly described as clean and spacious; housekeeping praised across reviews. No major cleanliness complaints.

• Service10.0

Staff is consistently praised as extremely friendly, attentive and helpful in many reviews; a few isolated mentions of less-friendly reception staff do not outweigh the strong positive consensus.

• Location10.0

Multiple reviews highlight the excellent beachfront/central location, proximity to Maia Beach Club and easy access to amenities and sunset views from the rooftop.

• Room Quality10.0

Rooms described as large with sea views and balconies, clean and well-appointed. A few mentions of firm mattresses are isolated compared with the overall very positive room feedback.

• Amenities9.2

Rooftop pool and facilities are praised for view and design, but several reviewers note limited pool seating, smaller pool area for the number of rooms, cold pool water at times, and too few elevators causing waits.

• Value for Money10.0

Multiple reviewers explicitly state the hotel is a great deal or good value for the location and quality, including comments indicating it feels 'quite a bargain.'

• Food and Beverage9.6

Breakfast is frequently described as excellent or rich; some notes that buffet is not super abundant and aperitifs could be improved, but overall food and breakfast receive strong positive mentions.

• Overall Experience10.0

Overall sentiment across headlines and comments is highly positive with many guests saying they loved the stay and would return or recommend—very strong net positive experience.

The location is great, the facilities were excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was on the 23rd floor with a see view. I would recommend if your budget can stretch to an ocean view you should treat yourself to the amazing panoramic sea views OMG!! I can strongly recommend the breakfast on the 3rd floor they cater for all national tastes with top quality food. The bar and pool on the roof amazing views a great service from the staff. I would go back to this hotel again.

Sometimes the rooms smell little bit musty But we liked everything about this hotel

TMS is located directly across from My Khe beach. We had an ocean view with balcony room, I recommend booking this room type. TMS has great roof top pool over looking the ocean, with great cocktails in the magic lounge. Will book again when next visiting Danang.

Rien, mis à part qu’une des serviettes de douche n’était pas propre à notre arrivée mais elle a été changé.

Perfectly located, right across the beach and local night life within walking distance. Great buffet breakfast & service was top tier from collection at the airport to check out
