Beautiful property with excellent views, comfortable beds, quiet hallways, very clean, excellent food, and convenient location. We were able to walk to the theater and the harbour tour. There was an event in the square that was fun to watch from our room. The valet was very sweet! The PATH is attached to the hotel so there are several convenience stores very close.

The check in was rough. I bought an additional package that includes the parking, dinner credits, morning coffee and high speed WiFi but was not given any info about it. I called to the desk once we got in the room and they said it would be loaded on my card. I sent a message in the app about the WiFi not working and was told to choose the $14.95 WiFi and i wouldn’t be charged. When we went down the next morning to get coffee they said I didn’t have a necessary voucher. We went to the desk and they were able to tell me that I had it for one night not 2 which is impossible because it forces you to take it for every day you stay. Gave me the coffee coupons, told me that I should choose the even more expensive WiFi and would be all set. We had to leave to catch our boat so they said they were talking care of it behind the scene sit. Took a picture of my receipt. We will see what happens at check out. There was also no explanation of the layout of the hotel. There is nothing in the room either. So I had to explore to find the pool (3rd floor). There is zero help finding anything that wasn’t part of this hotel. For instance, there is a Tim Hortons right outside one of the doors but we walked blocks to find one. Nor recommendations for other restaurants.
