I didn't like that I booked non-smoking room with my family and kids and they gave smoking room. If they did not do this I would recommend it but this summurize a bad customer service.

The staff were very accomodating, especially the concierge and Thai Kitchen staff. They were very attentive to us. Our room was spacious and had all we needed in an apartment-hotel room. My daughter had her friends over until late night to celebrate her birthday and our room had more than enough space for them to play games, dance and whatever. She had a blast. Overall, a good value for money.
