The rooms are very good. Breakfast is very good, very helpful staff like Avinesh and Desmond. Avinesh always goes the extra mile to keep us happy. Thank you so much for that. Hotel should have staff like him. Front Office Tariq is also a very helpful and friendly guy. Martin Bell Boy also helped us a lot. Thank you Tariq and Martin for your exceptional service. But the hotel should install smart TVs as we had to run here and there to bring the laptop and HDMI cable to watch YouTube.
The AC was not working, and the room was super hot. The curtains were broken, and I couldn't close them. The AC was spilling water on the kitchen surface and spoiled my juice.
