Lite bedagat hotell, inte supervänlig personal, frukosten är sisådär, inget gratis vatten på rummet, bara ett paraply att låna ut, gymmet ligger ett kvarter bort

niemożliwość wypicia napojów na górnym trasie w jeden z dni w których miałem pobyt - bo była impreza , czy ja płaciłem inaczej?? mniej?? Pokój ktory otrzymałem miał być DELUX a otrzymałem totalny standard, telewizja tragedia na 30 kanałów tylko 3 do oglądania:((

The hotel needs urgently renovation. Can you believe that there are 3 power sockets in the whole room and no one of these are near the bed? I had to ask for a power extension. Its an old hotel with old furniture, bed and bathroom.

The location is spectacular- and the rooms facing the Acropolis and Temple of Zeus has a large picture window and are very spacious. The views are stunning however, this does not make up for many deficits.

The Hotel is quite dated in the decor and the mattresses are quite old. Additionally the staff is not very service oriented - at the reception and especially at the breakfast room. My TV was not working and the safe did not close. I asked the reception to please correct this and it took 2 days. Additionally, the service staff at breakfast were quite abrupt with several elderly couples.

The room was old, dingy and a musky smell. Staff esp front desk behaved like they were doing us a favour. Very poor customer experience.

The shower head was broken and moldy and the water never reached a safe temperature. The hotel is old and worn and needs a revamp. Breakfast was not having the structure to cope with the need.
