I loved the bed. Soooo comfy. The room was nice but the decor is a bit dated. The aircon was excellent after a day out in the hot sun. I loved the old unique style of the hotel, the pool and the view of the Acropolis. The location is excellent.

The guy handing out towels at the pool was not very friendly and a bit weird and the vibe around the pool could be better with someone offering drinks etc. For a 5 star hotel you expect coffee and tea in the room, complimentary water every day. The hair dryer was not very good. With such a beautiful view the buffet breakfast could improve a lot with better food options available. It was very basic. Other than that I would stay again.

The team were very rude and helpful. The pool has quiet hours that don’t seem to be real? The room and bathroom wasn’t clean. The quality of service was subpar, definitely not 5 star.

The rooftop restaurant offers an amazing view of the Acropolis and Lykavitos (Church on the Mountain). The cleaning woman, and dinner server I had were excellent. The lobby appears very 'plush', and the outdoor pool is awesome! Overall the staff, in all areas, were professional, accommodating, attentive and kind.

The A/C in my room, even though it was 'on' felt more like a fan blowing out air, in lieu of an A/C working unit. My room was a bit 'dated' and the room refrigerator did not work.

Personale completamente estraneo, non ti accolgono e neppure ti salutano quando passi, potrebbe entrare chiunque.

We thought the breakfast was good and offered a variety of meats, cheeses, bread/toast and beverages. The location was excellent and many tourist destinations were within walking distance and there is a nearby sightseeing bus stop. We thought the pool area was very nice looking and relaxing.

I would have appreciated if the hotel could accept our accommodation request in advance. We asked for a nonsmoking, double twin room on an upper floor while making the booking. While we eventually received the nonsmoking room on the fourth floor, the first room we were given was already occupied! We had to return and get another room. That was clean but appeared to be a queen bed, not double twin beds.
