Room - very spacious, bed was really comfy, good hot shower Location - near to MRT stations and Raffles hotel, walked down to the harbourside and Merlion statue the first night, very manageable walk Breakfast - very good variety, egg station making fresh eggs to order, friendly staff and breakfast until 10am was nice too

Unfortunately, there was some construction going on around the hotel which woke me up in the early hours of the morning (they started at 2.30am!! Probably because it's cooler?). However, when we mentioned it to reception the next morning, they immediately understood, apologised and then made a big effort to give us a different room on the other side of the hotel. The construction noise wasn't their fault so it was really appreciated how helpful they were. They also offered us a later check out time as compensation so they were really excellent and I was very grateful - I slept so well the second night!!

L’accueil. Les réceptionnistes n’étaient pas du tout aimables. Seule la responsable a été sympathique mais le restant de l’équipe non. Que ce soit au check-in et au check-out.
