The counter staff is not efficient and treated guests differently. Particularly the small size lady staff. Discrimination was evident.

Near Bugis Junction, as well as the bus stops. I like how friendly the staff is. The bed is nice and the value of one room is definitely worth it. One of the best things is its body lotion.
