Das sagen die Gäste
- Cleanliness7.5
Mixed reports: several guests praised daily cleaning and found rooms clean, but a few mentioned the hotel being 'extremely dirty' and inconsistent housekeeping standards.
- Service9.5
Consistently praised staff — helpful, friendly and went out of their way (examples include staff fixing reservation issues and attentive front-desk service).
- Location9.5
Excellent location in/near the French Quarter; many guests highlighted proximity to Frenchmen Street, markets and attractions.
- Room Quality9.0
Rooms described as spacious and comfortable with good beds and pillows; some minor issues noted (condensation from vents, limited AC control, missing microwave in one report).
- Amenities7.0
Amenities weighed down by a broken/closed pool and poor communication about alternate pool access; otherwise had a small pub and on-site facilities.
- Value for Money8.0
Generally reasonable room rates and good value for location, but several guests complained parking fees (reported $50/night) felt overpriced.
- Food and Beverage8.5
Limited but positive mentions: complimentary morning coffee appreciated and a small pub on site; no extensive dining complaints or highlights.
- Overall Experience9.0
Overall positive stays with happy repeat customers, thanks largely to location, comfortable rooms and strong staff service, tempered by pool and occasional cleanliness issues.
