In my opinion, this hotel urgently needs a serious management review, including changes in leadership, as the service is nowhere near five-star standards. A five-star hotel should provide five-star service, not just charge five-star prices. A deeply disappointing experience, particularly for a loyal Hilton Honors Gold member

All is good, the pool access is thru the lobby, which is very inconvenient. But the staff were incredible, the rooms are beatiful and clean, the lobby is magical.
