I had an absolutely incredible vacation! I travelled solo, but I never felt alone. I made wonderful new friends, participated in amazing events and activities, and enjoyed all the resort facilities. The room was extremely comfortable, the restaurants were beautifully decorated, and the food was simply amazing. Above all, the staff were outstanding: always friendly, welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. Everything made my stay special. I am so happy with my experience!

Llegué algo temprano y en recepción me dijeron que no podia acceder a las habitaciones hasta el check in a la 3:00 PM de la tarde, que debía pagar 40 USD adicionales, me pareció muy extraño, ya que he estado en varios hoteles y tienes acceso a todo el día completo y en la tarde te entregan la habitación, luego el chico nos dijo que nos iban a dejar acceder por “excepción”. Hay muchos mosquitos,en cantidades industriales, en las habitaciones. No l agua que dan en el bufet sabía espantosa, parecía agua de piscina, incluso los hielos le daban mal sabor a las bebidas porque estaban hechos de esa agua

La atención del restaurante japonés no fue buena. Solo eso para mejorar.

Bem variado, muitas opções para diversos paladares. Como estávamos na área Platinun, tínhamos algumas regalias como o Restaurante Chopin, que era bem mais selecionado.

Os sucos eram de polpa e sempre adoçados. Não tinha suco de laranja, por exemplo.
