En general me encantó todo, fuimos un grupo de 21 y la pasamos espectacular. El personal muy amable, las habitaciones limpias, el buffet comida muy rica y bien variado, A+ para los restaurantes, los chic@s de la animación súper buenos. En fin todo estuvo de show.

Nos gustó mucho la comida, la propiedad tiene muchos lugares bonitos y la naturaleza que allí se encuentra hace que uno sienta mucha paz. Además de que el show fue muy entretenido y nos gustó que hay música en el bar luego del show que hace que haya un buen ambiente hasta las 12am sin necesidad de ir a una discoteca

1) No nos gustó que nos cobraron la tarifa de early check in de 20 dólares por persona para supuestamente poder entrar a la propiedad cuando claramente mi esposo y yo le indicamos que no deseábamos tener la habitación lista cuando llegamos a las 11am al complejo y que solo deseábamos pasar a comer. Y no vimos que hicieran dicho proceso con otro huésped y de hecho mis padres se hospedaron en Abril de este año 2026 y llegaron aún más temprano a las 9am y les fue permitido acceder sin costo adicional así que no entendí, nos sentimos estafados en ese aspecto. 2) Las bebidas son limitadas, no hay mucha variedad 3) El agua que NO ES de la botella de la marca “Crystal” tiene un sabor un tanto extraño, (somos residentes locales por lo que los que son dominicanos quizás compartan dicha opinión si se hospedan o se han hospedado). Eso es bastante incómodo pues con el calor es lo que más uno pues usualmente consume y tuvimos que pasar sed porque da un poco de asco tragarse esa agua que sabe tan extraña 4) El hielo hace que las bebidas y la propia agua fría sepan horrible, parece que lo hacen con agua cruda y solo hace que sepa a cloro o a algún componente químico, y es lo que más hace que el agua fría sea imposible de consumir y que las bebidas en general que se sirvan con hielo tengan el sabor alterado.
