1) The food/restaurant was very sub-standard and unfriendly staff 2) The 1 Delux twin sharing suite was very comfortable, however housekeeping was below expectations - room clean, but supplies always missing…….had to ask for tea, coffee, creamer every day in my 5 night stay from 16-21Ict!!

The location is great, nearby to KLCC. However, the breakfast was fairly average and could definitely be improved.

Check-in was chaotic due to the lack of a proper queue line. While I was waiting patiently behind a family, another guest cut right in front of me, and the front desk staff completely ignored it. People kept walking straight up to the counters out of turn, making the wait unnecessarily long and frustrating. For the price, the room was quite big with a living room and kitchenette.
