The room and bed were very comfortable, with adequate space and a good desk area too. The welcome and check-in process were great. The location is superb. There was a problem with the shower in my room, and the staff were very helpful and transferred me to an alternative room with no hassle.

The hotel is very dated,, in particular the bedroom.

I stayed for the Dublin marathon and the staff were very accommodating when I had requests for using breakfast facilities early in the morning. The location was highly convenient also and near a luas line.
