Mattress not so comfortable, breakfast options limited and quite salty, no usb charging ports, tv channels limited, outdated tv, no Netflix and other apps to watch on, food at the restaurant is overpriced, staff are not so warm and welcoming, they need to smile a lot more, they look like they’re not happy about their job, they need to be more accommodating and should engage more in conversations with their guests.

Un des réceptionniste n'a pas été très professionnel, je lui ai demandé d'appeler un restaurant où j'avais réservé pour avoir confirmation et il m'a dit de 'traverser la route et de marcher pour aller demander moi-même au restaurant', j'estime que dans ce standing d'établissement un coup de fil n'est pas trop demander.

Not close to old town but right on the beach access to great restaurants.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit SPA- Bereich und großem Zimmer. Das Hotel und auch die neu angelegte Promenade vor dem Hotel sind sehr schön. Unser Zimmer hatte Meerblick. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.
