Esto no es un hotel de 5 estrellas en absoluto. Si estás buscando eso como hice yo, corre. Este lugar no vale ni la mitad del precio que se anuncia.

Extrañamos tener las bicicletas del hotel que usamos hace unos 4 años cuando nos alojamos allí. Una excelente manera de moverse.
The location, which is quite new and the size of the room which is actually an apartment. The air conditioning is very good. No noises and you sleep quite well.

Personally, for me, it's a 4-star. The wellness center is not a spa, it's an indoor pool and a jacuzzi that was out of service. One night we wanted to have dinner in the room and the room service menu is very short and expensive. To get to the room you have to take two different elevators with a long hallway in between. The children's sofa bed was a disaster. The hotel WiFi doesn't work and there's no 5G in that area. There are no network cables or smart TVs.
