Gästebewertungen

A distinctive hotel offering an experience unlike any other, with many standout features including its location, cleanliness, spaciousness, luxury and comfort; it is very well suited to families. However, there is one important aspect that the hotel management should take note of and work to improve: "customer service". The staff are fine, but they are not up to the standard expected of such a hotel; they lack a little in professionalism, particularly in terms of their manner and the speed with which they respond to requests. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it.

It was a little far away from tram etc but still only a short walk from Taksim square
