The employees took 30 euros without notifying me upon our return. I told them that the restaurant employee did not inform me that breakfast was not free and they threatened to deduct the amount from the insurance. When I asked to speak to the management, they refused and said the employee would pay for the breakfast. Is it reasonable, Booking management, to pressure the customer and make him pay unwillingly before leaving and the travel date so he is not satisfied? Please look into this matter.

The location is excellent, on the main street for public transportation, the accommodation is safe, with a comfortable security system and a security guard at the building exit. Ahmed was very nice and professional in dealing with us.

Almost nothing except for room cleaning, they were late when we needed them.

The most important issue, and ultimately the reason we could not stay at Garlon Residence, is that despite several confirmations of an infant crib for our 7-month-old daughter, they provided a broken infant bed. Initially, it was hidden with a blanket, which was quite shocking. The bottom of the bed was falling apart, broken pieces were hanging out where the bottom panel should be attached. We requested a replacement from the front desk. A very rude employee (I think his name was Osman) mentioned that someone might come at 23:30 to check it... we found this unacceptable as our child cannot stay up that late for a bed that may not even be fixed. He then came to the room and claimed the bed was not broken before admitting that it was indeed broken. He brought another broken infant bed and after trying to assemble it, he said there was nothing he could do until someone possibly comes at night. At this point, we felt it was not safe for our daughter to sleep there. We were not treated with respect and, most importantly, were not provided with an essential part of our booking that we had confirmed several times before arrival (even the day before). Osman's communication with us was shockingly rude. The man at the front desk, on the other hand, was apologetic and kind but could not offer a solution. We felt we had no choice but to leave.

We were fortunate to find Garlon Residence at the last minute after refusing to stay at the original hotel we had booked, which was terrible. We are a family of 5 (3 children) and we really enjoyed our stay at Garlon Residence. The location was fantastic for public transportation, with Taksim metro station just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary water was provided every day.
