The ventilation/shower extractor did not work, after taking shower the room was full of steam with wet walls. Noisy plumbing

The check in flexibility was unexpected but welcomed. To be able to check in after midnight was a welcomed surprise. Enjoyed the privacy, the room, bed linen and towels were clean. No complaints in that regard.

The only complaint we had was the welcome we received from the staff member at the front desk. It is rude to ignore your customer's when they arrive and greet you not once, but twice. With one earbud in their ear, our advise is for a refresher course on customer service to remind them of their responsibilities and to showcase what quality customer service looks like. Disappointing encounter.
