Someone was smoking/vaping in their room so set off the alarms which subsequently woke everyone up and came out of the rooms/boxes. No staff came explain what was happening so I went to the main reception(in my nightdress!!)to find out what the noise was, which is where I was informed it was the fire/smoke alarm. I then told all the other people waiting outside before we all re-entered our rooms.

Shower glass was pretty dirty and found a couple questionable hairs on new towels & linen.

I left shortly after checking in, it smelt damp and was just generally scummy and not very well looked after

Claustrophobic and smelly

The space is much smaller than the photos show. The ventilation is poor, and it is not possible to open the window.
