This one is hard to rate. The location is amazing a 5 minute walk from the Maiden Tower right in the old city. It looks really beautiful with a very colourful traditional reception area. The people were incredibly nice and went well above and beyond what was required. They were polite, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The wifi was good and the room was large.

This one is hard to rate. The location is amazing a 5 minute walk from the Maiden Tower right in the old city. It looks really beautiful with a very colourful traditional reception area. The people were incredibly nice and went well above and beyond what was required. They were polite, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The wifi was good and the room was large.

On the other hand the room had many issues. The bathroom stank like an open sewer most of the time, quite sickening. There is no light near the bed and no lamp so it is bright or pitch dark and you have to get up to change that. Day 1 I couldn’t put the aircon on and even though several staff tried it wouldn’t work. Day 2 they had “fixed” it. It turned on straight away but wouldn’t turn off. Eventually after more than an hour the 4th person was able to turn it off. I never had hot water so enjoyed all cold showers but on the 2nd day I didn’t have cold water either, no water! They don’t start breakfast until 08:30 which is way too late so I only got it once, on that occasion it was basic but nice.

Le petit déjeuner était assez répétitif, avec peu de variété d’un jour à l’autre. Certains jours, des produits supplémentaires, comme des crêpes ou du pain perdu, étaient proposés, sans être disponibles le lendemain, ce qui manquait de régularité. La communication concernant le ménage pourrait également être améliorée afin que les modalités soient plus claires pour les clients.

Located in an excellent position in the center of İçərişəhər (the old city of Baku), this place has is power in its staff: Neman, Jasmine and Namiz were so kind and helpful with me and my friend. The room was good, the transfer service from and to the airport too.

Just a tip for the staff: improve the food choice for breakfast; you offer good cheese on the table, if you add more sweets it would become even better! For the rest, we haven't got any complaints.
