Beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town. Rooms were spacious, new and super comfortable. The staff were lovely and so very serviceable and helpful. Loved the fresh homemade breakfast. It made our visit to Baku unforgettable

The location in the walled city (once we finally had checked in.) The breakfast, which is the same every day. The staff were fabulous & really helpful

The property advertises a lift, which is why we chose it. However when we arrived we were put in a building next door with no lift therefore it was very hard to get a heavy bag upstairs 3 floors with a narrow stairway as well. *** Also to note for booking.com AND other future customers...which I strongly express, is not the properties fault at all, the taxi drivers were unwilling to enter the walled city as there is a fee. We pre booked taxis on booking.com from the airport to the hotel & vice versa, however to find & get to the property with heavy bag uphill on cobbled streets after a 28 hr trip was frustrating & difficult as we were dropped outside the wall as had no cash to pay this, PLUS we had to get the very helpful staff to intervene on the phone to the driver who picked us up, to get him to come to the hotel. And he was very late as appeared he took another fare 1st then got stuck in heavy traffic, causing us concern over making our flight. The fee is 3 manat, not a lot, so they could unclude that in their taxi pricing!!***

А вот что не понравилось , неудобное расположение номера , неудобные ступеньки ( с учетом что я была с маленькими детьми и пожилой мамой) , вместо обещанного двухуровневого номера площадью 51 кв , была комната меньше 16 кв ( только тесный санузел ) и большая двуспальная кровать , и по 40 см прохода вокруг нее и все !!!! Когда спрашивала где второй уровень - они сказали что видимо я не верное прочла ( но как они собирались принимать туда двух взрослых и двоих детей непонятно) …отдых был испорчен с самого начала этим отелем …
