Das Holzhaus ist wahnsinnig hellhörig. Ab 5 Uhr morgens war an fast allen Tagen an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Ausstattung und Böden waren reparaturbedürftig und Verletzungsgefahr bestand. Das Haus roch merkwürdig. Über der Klimaanlage war das Fenster mit einer Spanplatte notdürftig geschlossen. Zugluft kam an den Rändern durch. Bei 8 Grad Außentemperatur hat es dann auch der Heizlüfter auf nicht mehr als 18 Grad Zimmertemperatur geschafft. Bei Ankunft war niemand zuständig. Wir brauchten lange, um unser Zimmer ausfindig zu machen. Es gibt 2 benachbarte Häuser , die ca. 15 Zimmer bieten. Das Duschbad, ca. 2 qm, war nur duch eine völlig kaputte Falttür vom Zimmer getrennt.

This is not the booking I paid for. Clearly the building has been sold so I was placed in an adjacent building. My room was big and I was grateful for the private internal bathroom but there was no hair-dryer, toaster or washing machine as per my booking. The lady who met me on day 1 was not to be found again. I was given no explanation for the changes.

Walking up the stairs because it looked nice was the only moment I liked. On the door was a handwritten note that said to go to room 345 and we couldn't find it anywhere, we even looked in the backyard. Then a non-english speaker showed us to go to the "House" next door.

Absolutely disgusting! Nothing like the pictures showed. We slept one night and bought a ticket to go home the next day because any other room in Vancouver was $350 a night. We paid for three nights. The walls were paper-thin, and we had to listen to a bunch of men hooting and hollering the entire time. At 9pm I finally knocked on the door and they politely apologized and left for the night. Then at 1:15 am, the same men were arguing outside our room with "Linda" talking loudly too about who owned rent and who was supposed to be there. TO MUCH DRAMA I called ahead and asked what kind of coffee maker they had and she told me they had a Kerig and they didn't! The couch was totally stained, the place smelled like urine, the lamps that had bulbs wouldn't work, The kitchenete in the hallway was piled with dirty dishes, even the pictures on the walls were crooked. No smoke detector, colorful sayings on the lamp fixtures that don't work.

空港から電車1本でダウンタウンにも行きやすく、まわりにレストランもたくさんありました。 また、オーナーが優しい方で、1週間の旅行で途中でシアトルにも行ったのですが、またここに泊まるからとお願いしたら快く荷物を預かってもらえました。 最初だけ独特な匂いはありますがだんだん慣れてきて全く気にならなくなりました笑 チェックインチェックアウトもとても簡単で価格もリーズナブルなのでまた機会があれば泊まりたいです。

水圧も問題なく使えるのですがシャワーヘッドをかけるところが低かったので高いところにもあると嬉しいかなくらいです。
