Das sagen die Gäste

• Cleanliness1.0

Multiple guests repeatedly praised cleanliness and neatness of rooms and hallways; several reviews explicitly state the apartment/room was very clean and tidy.

• Service1.0

Hosts repeatedly described as kind, attentive and responsive (quick phone/WhatsApp communication, welcome message and amenities provided); several guests highlighted professional and helpful service.

• Location1.0

Location comments are mixed: some guests praised the location and convenience (parking directly outside), while one review explicitly called the location 'bad' and 'overpriced' in the headline.

• Room Quality1.0

Mixed reports: many guests found rooms new, comfortable and well-equipped, but a detailed negative review reported a very worn, uncomfortable bed with a deep dip and other room issues (bathroom splash, ventilation problems).

• Amenities1.0

Positive mentions of parking, kitchen facilities, AC, large TV and hair dryer, but a prominent complaint about extremely poor/non-functional Wi‑Fi and noisy/exhaust fan issues reduce the score slightly.

• Value for Money1.0

Strong negative sentiment from at least one guest calling the property 'overpriced' for the condition and issues experienced (noise, poor bed, ineffective Wi‑Fi), indicating poor perceived value.

• Food and Beverage1.0

Standard quality for this hotel tier (not mentioned in the reviews).

• Overall Experience1.0

Mixed overall: many guests gave very positive overall impressions (recommendations, would return), but a detailed negative stay with significant comfort and amenity issues balances the sentiment to neutral.

Nice location, nice view and good bedding. Easy to park and easy to go from the location to the centre of the city.

It was not practical, as there were no bedside tables, no wardrobe, no rack for towels, no holder for toilet paper, and no Wi-Fi. Furthermore, the swimming pool was inaccessible, even though we paid the same price as if it had been available. One roll of toilet paper was dirty and looked like blood… and there was a hole in the blanket…
